What challenges were you facing before adopting Rakuten Drive?
We were using another company's storage solution, but we faced a problem where internal employees could not track what files were being shared with external parties. This created a challenge in managing file-sharing activities.
What was the decisive factor in choosing Rakuten Drive?

By using Rakuten Drive, we are now able to manage communication with external clients separately, which has made the management process much easier. Additionally, the ease of file transfer and sharing with external clients has significantly improved our work efficiency.
