What challenges were you facing before adopting Rakuten Drive?
The sales team often needed access to internal data while working externally, but security issues made data access and usage inconvenient. Uploading files to internal shared folders from external locations was particularly difficult. Additionally, the internal email attachment size limit was only 5MB, which meant that files larger than this had to be compressed or split, creating additional hassle. The third-party free trial storage solution we used before had a 5GB limit, which was not enough to the sales team’s file management.

For our sales team, building trust with external clients is crucial, and Rakuten Drive has helped us securely share data, improving customer satisfaction. Furthermore, we have a regular company event called "Clean Time", where employees clean the office together. We now store and share before-and-after photos of this event via Rakuten Drive, which has further enhanced team collaboration and communication within the company.
